Additional or stand-a-lone consultancy days can be purchased as required to undertake specific project activity, for example, bid / tender writing, financial modelling, partnership development, project management and implementation support where a retainer arrangement is not sufficient or not required.

In addition, Future Excel can provide an Interim Manager solution where you need short term but intensive input from an experienced consultant.
